Who provides Ambii

Ambii is developed by Jean Carlos Alcantara LLC, Florida, United States, under the MoriAstra company website. Privacy and support contact: JCA02.LLC@gmail.com. Effective October 18, 2026. This policy concerns Ambii; the company website policy describes website visits.

Accounts and saved preferences

When you choose Google sign-in, Supabase processes an account identifier, email address and profile name for authentication. We use account identity to associate synchronized settings and purchase restoration. Room, sound-volume and interface preferences are stored locally and may synchronize to Supabase when signed in. Sleep countdown and playback position are not part of the reviewed saved-settings upload schema.

Purchases and subscription access

Google Play handles Android payment confirmation. Ambii does not ask you to type card numbers into its own interface. RevenueCat receives a stable Ambii account identifier, purchase history and entitlement information to verify and restore access. All Access includes Golden Hour during a valid trial or subscription; Lifetime Core excludes Golden Hour. Subscription access offline remains bounded by the last verified expiration. Refunds and revocations may be reconciled when connected.

Technical information and diagnostics

Authentication and purchase providers process technical app, device and network information needed to deliver and secure their services. This can include app/SDK versions, identifiers, IP information and purchase diagnostics. The reviewed Ambii integration has no advertising feature or separate behavioral analytics SDK. Internal testing uses bounded purchase diagnostics; that does not establish a zero-collection claim for third-party services.

Storage, protection and retention

Android session data uses the native secure-session mechanism. Network services use HTTPS in the reviewed configuration. These safeguards do not guarantee protection against every device or service compromise. Local preferences remain until cleared or removed; signing out is not account deletion. Account and synchronized data remain subject to deletion requests. Provider backups, necessary billing/security records and support correspondence may have separate retention requirements; we will explain applicable exceptions and periods rather than promise immediate erasure of all copies.

Your deletion request

Use Ambii account and data deletion or the matching Settings section in the app. You can request deletion without reinstalling the app. Ownership must be verified; completion is confirmed separately from receipt. Deletion does not cancel subscriptions, automatically refund purchases, or transfer ownership to another account.

Service providers and contact

Relevant providers include Google Play and Google sign-in, Supabase for authentication/settings, RevenueCat for purchase/entitlement processing, and Gmail for support correspondence. The company website uses Cloudflare Pages. Their service processing is separate from device-local preferences. For privacy questions or rights requests, contact JCA02.LLC@gmail.com. Never send passwords, codes or full payment details.

Effective October 18, 2026. Jean Carlos Alcantara LLC (JCA LLC) operates the manual account-deletion request process. We retain records only for a documented, legitimate purpose and explain applicable retention exceptions and periods when responding to a deletion request. We do not promise immediate removal of disconnected device copies or copies retained by a provider under its own obligations.
